18 teams fronted on a pleasant enough morning striving for the days bragging rights. It wasn't long however until the wind got up, the precipitation arrived and the extra layers of clothing were promptly in demand. Play however was not impeded as the benefits of the covered green were once again highlighted.
The spread of results varied from previously with a larger than usual number of teams recording zero or one win, however at the top end there were x2 four winners, x1 three and a half winner and x5 three winners creating a strong level of competition once again.
