A beautifully still and fresh Autumn morning greeted our 18 teams as they set out to claim bragging rights for the day. The breeze increased a tad after the first game which caused concern for some, particularly outside on FORREST GREEN, coincidentally our wonderful naming right sponsor for the day. We had the pleasure of welcoming Leanne Little and Jeanette Cullingford from FORREST FUNERAL SERVICES to our club to address our members and present the days prize winners with their spoils. What a lovely touch the gift pack was to each member of the four victorious teams, grateful thanks and appreciation to our sponsors for their presence and ongoing support.
