A largish contingent of 24 teams arrived full of expectation and lots of enthsiasm on a rather pleasant but at times blustery day that produced some extremely well fought encounters over all three grades.

It was a real pleasure to welcome to the club for the first time Rex Pearce, Sales Manager from our wonderful sponsor for the day VIVID LIVING, a delightful boutique style retirement village in Red Beach. It was great to greet Rex prior to the commencement of the day's play as he meticulously set up his marketing material for our members to peruse throughout the day. We were impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm, particularly during his short address to the players prior to presenting our winners for the day with their spoils. We look forward to growing our connection with VIVID LIVING and extend our sincere thanks for their support of our club.
