The predicted heavy rainfall on late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning eventuated, however by first light the storm had passed leaving a pleasant enough day for the 24 teams assembled to complete the scheduled 4 games without interruption.

The prevalence of x4 winners from the previous few weeks vanished resulting in a logjam of x3 and x2.5 winners such was the closeness of the days competition, a pre curser perhaps to our Club Champ Fours for both Men & Women taking place over the next two weekends.
